It's Book Fair time

Monday, March 18th, until Thursday, March 21st, at the Library.

Ahoy mateys!

The Scholastic Spring Book Fair is coming to our school!

A boatload of books will wash ashore on March 18, and everyone is invited to join our crew!

There will be fun activities, a fantastic contest, and a fabulous Family Event on March 19.

Get hooked on reading at the Spring Book Fair!

Students will be able to purchase books with their class during Book Fair Week. If you would like your child to buy books during their class visit, please remember to send in cash, a check payable to FAD PTO, or set up an eWallet for your child.

Sales Tax

Please add sales tax to the books' prices when you send money with your children for the Book Fair.

Cash-Free Shopping with eWallet

eWallet is a digital payment option that’s a safe, convenient alternative to cash. Creating an eWallet for students to shop at the Book Fair is easy.

The account owner adds funds and/or invites family and friends to contribute.

Coin Collection Contest (Now - March 14)

Collection boxes are in the classrooms where students can donate their change to purchase books for children in our community during Book Fair week.

The grade level that collects the most change will win a Crazy Hair/Pajama Day, and each teacher in that grade level will get a free book for their classroom library.

Create A Treasure Chest by March 12th

Students can create a treasure chest and submit it to our librarian by March 12.

Treasure Chests will be displayed in the library, and one lucky winner per grade will get a prize.

Our Dolphins should create the Treasure Chests to enter the contest, and they should be able to carry them.

Shop Online from March 18th until March 31st to Support Our School

Scholastic will give back 25% in rewards to our school library when you shop online.

Guessing Game

Guess how many golden coins are in the jar and win a prize (the jar will be displayed at the library).

Family Shopping Night

Come to our Family Shopping Night at FAD Library on Tuesday, March 19th, from 5 to 7 pm with your Dolphins.

Come for Teachers' wish lists!

We will have teachers’ wish lists available if you want to help build your classroom library.

Come to win one of the three great baskets we are raffling, one entry per Dolphin who comes to the family shopping night!

Come and take pictures of your children at our Pirate Ship photo booth.

Ms.Gale, our School Librarian, will be available to discuss appropriate selections for your child’s reading level.
