Schedule of PICTO & Basket Raffle Event:

4:00 pm: School doors open, pick up your preordered raffle tickets & put them in your favorite baskets.

Buy Basket Raffle Tickets, 50/50 Raffle Tickets & PICTO Boards.

5:00 pm: Gym doors open, enjoy pizza & bake sale and put your raffle tickets in your favorite baskets.

6:00 pm: Basket Raffle CLOSES for baskets 1-50
6:00-6:10 pm: PICTO (board #1)
6:10-6:15 pm: Dance Break
6:15-6:45 pm: Basket Raffle Part I (baskets 1-50)

6:45 pm: Basket Raffle CLOSES for baskets 51-90
6:45-6:55 pm: PICTO (board #2)
6:55-7:05 pm: Playing 4th grade Talent Show Movie
7:05 pm: 50/50 Raffle closes.
7:05-7:30 pm: Basket Raffle Part II (baskets 51-90)

7:30 pm: Basket Raffle CLOSES for baskets 91-134
7:30-7:40 pm: PICTO (board #3)
7:40-8:10 pm: Basket Raffle Part III (baskets 91-134)

8:10 pm: 50/50 Raffle Winner
8:15 pm: Dance Break to end the evening

Parents & Guardians:

Please help make PICTO safe and fun for all families by keeping a close eye on your children.

Children should be accompanied by their parents the entire time.

Thank you to all our Desmares Dolphins (Families & Staff) for all the generous donations towards our baskets and to all the businesses who donated generously to make this event a success!

If you are not labeling your tickets, please put your name (first initial, last name and phone number) on the back of your tickets before dropping them in the box.

Winners don't have to be present to win.

If there is no name on the ticket, we will not call the numbers, we will be picking a new ticket.
