To kick off this new school year, your PTO treated our wonderful staff with lunch from "Delizia Pizza" on their first day of school and wished everyone a great school year!

Your PTO arranged for Flips to be at school on the first day of school to welcome all our Dolphins and to wish them a great school year!

Every First Friday of the month is Spirit Day at Desmares school!

Our Dolphins are encouraged to wear their FAD t-shirts on spirit days to show their school pride. Your PTO will keep adding new items to FAD spirit wear line throughout the year. You can always buy spirit wear on Membership Toolkit and orders will be delivered to the students during school hours.

The simple act of joining provides instant financial support for our students! It's also a great way to stay informed about what's happening at school and connect in meaningful ways with other parents. Together we can do a lot of good. Join us today!

Your PTO organized a fundraiser with Brianna Lynn Photography to take beautiful professional fall photos of our Desmares families. You will receive 5 edited digital images for personal use (holiday cards, prints & social media). A portion from the photo shoots will go back to our school.

Your PTO welcomed all Desmares families at the annual social event with FREE Kona Ice for all our Dolphins. Our Dolphins had the best time! Big thanks to all the families & staff who came and made this event a success! 

Cost: $500

Your PTO partnered with "Nothing Bundt Cakes" to bring Sweet Bundt Cakes to Desmares community! They are perfect as an everyday treat or a delicious gift. A portion from each cake will go back to our school.

Your PTO will be doing monthly Dine-Out Fundraisers at local restaurants to support our school.

Big thanks to all the families & staff who enjoyed our first dine-out of the year at Blue Fish Grill & Humdoo Ice Cream! 

Together, we raised $172 because of Desmares community generosity.

A classroom grant was funded by Your PTO in September.

Your PTO purchased 300 assignment books & monthly planners for all the students in the 2nd, 3rd & 4th grades because of Desmares community generosity!

Your PTO funded a new look for our school garden to get it ready for our Dolphins to plant, care and enjoy the vegetables they grow with their classmates!

Your PTO collaborated with Copper Hill School PTO and got New Spirit Wear for all our Dolphins who got redistricted to Copper Hill Elementary School.

We wish all our former Dolphins (the new Cougars) a great school year!

Your PTO will sponsor after school clubs throughout the year which will be run by our wonderful staff.

Lego & Robotics Clubs started this month!

The Stephen Austin Maszczak Scholarship Award started after FAD lost one of its Dolphins to a brain tumor in 2011. 

It is awarded to graduating students of Hunterdon Central Regional High School and is to be used for college or vocational school expenses. Students are able to apply for this scholarship in early 2022 through the counseling office at HCHRS. Students are asked to name past and present teachers or administration that also influenced them in some way, big or small. Please know that your donation is making a meaningful impact on a former student, as well as continuing remembrance of a very special Desmares student, Stephen Maszczak. Together, we raised $220 so far for the scholarship fund because of Desmares community generosity! You can donate on Membership Toolkit.
