In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Prosecutor Renee M. Robeson, Special Agent Iraca & Montes visited our school to do a special reading of “Sonia Sotomayor la juez que creció en el Bronx” - the inspiring story of Sonia Sotomayor, who rose up from a childhood of poverty and prejudice to become the first Latino to be nominated to the US Supreme Court.
Prosecutor Robeson read the book in both Spanish and English to students in Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grades.
